As Senior Product Marketing Manager at Solv, we’re looking for an experienced B2B product marketer to drive and execute the product marketing and go-to-market strategy for our healthcare provider audience. As part of the business marketing team, you’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and revenue teams to understand the needs and challenges of healthcare providers, develop and bring to life value propositions for our sales and marketing teams, and turn our current customers into brand champions.
What You’ll Do
Own messaging and positioning. You will own how we position our solutions in-market, define our value proposition and the language we use in marketing materials, within the product, and in internal discussions.
Develop a deep understanding of our market and customer. You will define customer personas, prioritize their biggest challenges, define segments, understand purchasing behaviors and research competing offerings.
Ensure the success of new product and feature launches. Our product team moves fast so we constantly have exciting new features to share with our prospects and customers. You’ll be responsible for helping to name, price, and promote new offerings to drive engagement and growth.
Drive cross-functional strategic projects. You will lead and drive cross-functional strategic projects. You’ll influence and bring together the team, collaborating with others to translate strategic opportunities into deliverable projects.
Partner with our product, consumer marketing, and revenue teams. Be a close partner with our product, design, sales, and customer success teams. You’ll contribute to our product strategy, and be a constant advocate for our customers.
Support our go-to-market teams. Work closely with our sales enablement and marketing team members to enable our growing sales and customer success teams.
Data-driven decision making. You will be accountable for defining, measuring, and reporting on metrics related to the marketing of our product.
You’d be great in this role if
You’re a collaborative marketer who has been in a B2B Product Marketing role for at least 5 years
You love taking things from ideation to execution — this role will have the opportunity to operate strategically, but will also be responsible for the building and execution of product marketing programs
You have experience launching new products and features, developing product value propositions, building and maintaining buyer personas, and producing best-in-class marketing materials that drive conversion and demand
You’re both strategic and detail-oriented, and you can synthesize information and present insights as a compelling story.
